Strawberry Trifle
Ingredients
- ½ kg strawberries
- ½ kg cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet strawberry jelly
- 12 biscuits
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
Method
- In a bowl, add ½ kg cream and ½ kg sugar and beat well. Also add ½ tsp vanilla essence. Cook together ½ kg strawberries, ½ cup sugar and 1 tbsp gelatin powder. Cook 1 packet strawberry jelly and cut into small pieces.
- Spread crushed biscuits on a serving dish. Then make a layer of whipped cream and jelly pieces. Layer with cream again and then strawberry. Garnish with remaining cream and serve.
