Strawberry Trifle


Ingredients
  • ½ kg strawberries
  • ½ kg cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet strawberry jelly
  • 12 biscuits
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
Method
  1. In a bowl, add ½ kg cream and ½ kg sugar and beat well. Also add ½ tsp vanilla essence. Cook together ½ kg strawberries, ½ cup sugar and 1 tbsp gelatin powder. Cook 1 packet strawberry jelly and cut into small pieces. 
  2. Spread crushed biscuits on a serving dish. Then make a layer of whipped cream and jelly pieces. Layer with cream again and then strawberry. Garnish with remaining cream and serve.
