Shab Daigh
Ingredients
- ½ kg mince meat
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup blended tomatoes
- 1 cup oil
- ½ kg carrots
- 4 green chilies
- Few coriander leaves
- 1 tsp hot spices powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
Method
- In a bowl, add ½ kg mince meat, 2 finely sliced onions, 1 egg,2 tbsp gram flour, 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix together all the ingredients and form into shape of kofta. Heat 1 cup oil and sauté a cup of sliced onion until it is transparent.
- Then add 1 cup blended tomatoes, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp hot spices powder. Stir together for some while. Then add koftas and 1 cup water and allow cooking.
- When koftas reach to desired texture, add 2 glasses water and allow cooking on low flame. Shab Daig is ready.
