Quick Chocolate Molten Cake
Ingredients
- 120 grams chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- ½ cup plain flour
- 125 grams butter
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
Method
- Heat to melt 120 grams chocolate and 125 grams butter. In a bowl of 3 mixed eggs, include 1 cup caster sugar and ½ cup plain flour and stir it. Add chocolate mixture in it and mix it properly and bake it for 6 minutes in microwave oven. In the end garnish it with icing sugar.
