Quick Chocolate Cake Slice


Ingredients for base
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ground coconut
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
Ingredients
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 200 grams cooking chocolate
Method
  1. In a bowl, add 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup ground coconut and mix. Then add 1 cup melted butter and 1 cup crushed biscuits and mix well. Spread a butter paper on a baking tray and the prepared mixture on top of it. Bake in a pre heated oven at 170 c for 10 minutes. 
  2. For topping, add 1 tin condensed milk to a cooking pot and cook on low flame. Add 50 grams butter and 2 tbsp honey and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. 
  3. Pour the mixture over baked base and place in oven again at 170 c for 10 minutes. Then top it with 200 grams melted cooking chocolate and serve. Quick Chocolate Cake Slice is ready to serve.
