Potato and Spinach Bhujia


Ingredients
  • 1 kg spinach
  • ½ kg potatoes
  • 10 green chilies
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tbsp sliced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chili flakes
Method
  1. Wash 1 kg spinach and ½ kg potatoes thoroughly. Finely slice spinach and chop potatoes into small pieces. In a pan, heat ½ cup oil and sauté 1 tbsp sliced garlic in it. When garlic is fragrant, add 2 tsp red chili flakes and stir well. 
  2. Then add potatoes, spinach and ½ tsp salt cook uncovered on high flame. When water has dried up, add 10 chopped green chilies and allow simmering for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame when potatoes are tender. Potato and Spinach Bhujia is ready to serve.
