Phool Curry
Ingredients
- ½ piece of cauliflower
- 250 grams yogurt
- 1 rose petals
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp hot spices powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp dry garlic powder
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Boiled water as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Firstly chop half cauliflower into small pieces and boil it in water. Also add 3 already chopped potatoes in it to boil. When both vegetables are cooked, keep them aside. In a pan, heat oil to cook 2 tbsp ginger garlic.
- When it is slightly cooked, reduce flames and add 250 grams yogurt, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp dry garlic powder, 1 tsp hot spices and salt to taste in it.
- Also add 2 tbsp rose petals and 1 cup water and close lid and allow simmering. When yogurt and all the spices are well cooked, add boiled cauliflower and potatoes in it and mix it well for 2 to 3 minutes on high flames. Delicious Phool Curry is ready to serve.
