Phool Curry

Phool Curry


Ingredients
  • ½ piece of cauliflower
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 rose petals
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp hot spices powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp dry garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Boiled water as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Firstly chop half cauliflower into small pieces and boil it in water. Also add 3 already chopped potatoes in it to boil. When both vegetables are cooked, keep them aside. In a pan, heat oil to cook 2 tbsp ginger garlic. 
  2. When it is slightly cooked, reduce flames and add 250 grams yogurt, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp dry garlic powder, 1 tsp hot spices and salt to taste in it. 
  3.  Also add 2 tbsp rose petals and 1 cup water and close lid and allow simmering. When yogurt and all the spices are well cooked, add boiled cauliflower and potatoes in it and mix it well for 2 to 3 minutes on high flames. Delicious Phool Curry is ready to serve.
