Paneer Peas Masala
Ingredients
- 1 packet paneer
- 250 grams yogurt
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 3 green chilies
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup peas
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- Oil for deep frying
- Coriander of garnishing
- Salt to taste
Method
- Firstly chop 1 packet paneer into small pieces and deep fry them. When color changes to golden brown, keep it aside. In a chopper, add 1 onion, 1 tomato, 250 grams yogurt and half glass of water in it and chop them together.
- Finely slice 4 cloves of garlic. In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil to fry finely sliced garlic until they are golden brown. Add onion tomato paste, 3 green chilies, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste and ½ cup peas in it.
- Close the lid and let it cook on low flames to tender them. When peas are tenderized, increase flames to dry water.
- Add already fried paneer in it and mix them together. Delicious Paneer Peas Masala is ready to serve.
