Paneer Peas Masala

 
Ingredients
  • 1 packet paneer
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 green chilies
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup peas
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Coriander of garnishing
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Firstly chop 1 packet paneer into small pieces and deep fry them. When color changes to golden brown, keep it aside. In a chopper, add 1 onion, 1 tomato, 250 grams yogurt and half glass of water in it and chop them together.
  2. Finely slice 4 cloves of garlic. In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil to fry finely sliced garlic until they are golden brown. Add onion tomato paste, 3 green chilies, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste and ½ cup peas in it. 
  3. Close the lid and let it cook on low flames to tender them. When peas are tenderized, increase flames to dry water. 
  4. Add already fried paneer in it and mix them together. Delicious Paneer Peas Masala is ready to serve.
