Ingredients for Roti
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Wheat flour ½ cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Chicken Pattie
  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Egg beaten half
  • Tomato cut into slices 1
  • Bread slice 1
  • Iceberg lettuce finely sliced 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 to 3 tbsp
Method for Roti
  1. In a bowl mix together 1 cup flour, ½ cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp oil, 1 egg, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp onion seeds and knead with lukewarm water into a medium soft dough, leave it for 30 minutes, make into 4 balls, roll into ¼ inch thick oblong shape and cook on a hot griddle for 2 minutes on one side, remove and keep aside.
  2. Method for Chicken Pattie , Marinate 250 gm mince with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp paprika, 1 bread slice soaked in 2 tbsp milk and half egg, mix all well, put mixture with a burning coal, drop some oil on coal and cover for 1 minute. 
  3. Make into round thin patties, grill for 5 minutes till light golden, mix together 1 cup finely sliced iceberg lettuce with 2 to 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp white vinegar, keep aside.
  4. To Assemble ,Take an oblong roti, put 2 chicken patties with 2 slices of tomato, iceberg lettuce mix with mayonnaise, fold into a D shape and serve immediately.
