Jumbo Beef Burger
Ingredients
- Mince 250 gm
- Mustard powder ¼ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Garlic paste ¼ tsp
- Ketchup 1 tsp
- Wooster sauce 1 tsp
- Egg beaten half
- Bread slice 1
- Burger buns 1 ½
- Salad leaves as required
- Tomato slices as required
- Cucumber slices as required
- Cole slow salad ½ cup
- French fries 1 cup
Method
- Soak 1 bread slice in ¼ cup milk and squeezed, keep aside. Marinate 250 gm mince with ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp mustard powder, ¼ tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp Wooster sauce, 1 tsp ketchup, half beaten egg and soaked bread slice, mix all well, make burger Pattie and shallow fry in oil, cut burger buns in halves toast slightly, butter buns, spread with mayonnaise, then spread 1 burger bun with salad leaves, top with tomato slice, drizzle mustard paste, put a second layer of toasted buns, butter it, spread salad leaves, topped with Coleslaw salad, put a burger Pattie, then tomato slice, cucumber slice, drizzle ketchup and now put last layer of toasted bun, serve decorated with French fries and Coleslaw salad.
