Half Moon Cheese Samoosa
Ingredients
- 300 grams plain flour
- 1 egg
- ½ packet mozzarella cheese
- Oil for frying
- Water as required
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Grate ½ packet mozzarella cheese and keep aside. Mix 300 grams plain flour, 1 beaten egg, 2 tbsp oil and salt to taste. Knead to form fine dough. Form small portions of the kneaded dough. Roll into shape of a moon and place mozzarella cheese in centre. Join the opposite corners to give shape of half moon. Deep fry Half Moon Cheese Samoosa and serve.
