Half Moon Cheese Samoosa


Ingredients
  • 300 grams plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ packet mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as required
  • 2 tbsp oil
  •  
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Grate ½ packet mozzarella cheese and keep aside. Mix 300 grams plain flour, 1 beaten egg, 2 tbsp oil and salt to taste. Knead to form fine dough. Form small portions of the kneaded dough. Roll into shape of a moon and place mozzarella cheese in centre. Join the opposite corners to give shape of half moon. Deep fry Half Moon Cheese Samoosa and serve.
