French Toast


Ingredients
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
Method
  1. In a bowl, add 1 beaten egg, 1 cup milk and 4 tbsp sugar. Beat together until all ingredients are well combined. Dip bread slices in the mixture and fry in 4 tbsp hot oil. When top layer is a nice golden brown, French Toast is ready to serve.
