Double Crunchy Burger


Ingredients
  • 1 bun
  • 1 chicken breast pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 2 salad leaves
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Oil for frying
Method
  1. Slice 1 chicken breast into two half and knead until it is flat. Mix it with ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 mixed egg and leave it for half an hour. 
  2. Mix 2 tbsp corn flour and 1 tbsp rice flour and coat chicken with it. In a pan, heat oil and fry chicken. Apply mayonnaise on a bun and place chicken on it.
  3. Put salad leaves over it and again a piece of chicken and cover it with the other bun on top. Double Crunchy Burger is ready.
