Chocolate Burfi
Ingredients
- 5 cups dried milk
- 2 packets cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 100 grams cooking chocolate
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Method
- Melt 100 grams cooking chocolate and add 1 tsp cocoa powder to it. In a bowl, mix 5 cups dried milk, 1 cup sugar and 2 cups milk and keep in a microwave for 1 minute. Then mix together and keep in microwave again for another minute.
- Grease a tray and pour half of the mixture in it. Mix cooking chocolate with the remaining half and pour on the tray. Keep the tray in a freezer to allow freezing. Frozen Chocolate Burfi is ready to be served.
