Chinese Pineapple Rice

Chinese Pineapple Rice


Ingredients
  • 300 grams chicken
  • ½ kg boiled rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method
  1. Add 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder and ½ tsp ginger powder to 300 grams chicken and mix. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry chicken in it. Then add 1 cup peas, 1 chopped carrot, 1 cup cabbage and 1 cup celery and cook on low flame for a minute. 
  2. Now add a crushed chicken cube and ½ kg boiled rice. Also add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp sesame oil and cook for a minute. 
  3. Add 1 cup pineapple in the end and allow simmering for 10 minutes. Chinese Pineapple Rice is ready to serve.
