Chicken BBQ Salad
Ingredients
- 250 grams boneless chicken
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 cup boiled macaroni
- 1 cup boiled corns
- 1 carrot
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
Method
- Marinate 250 grams boneless chicken with 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cumin and 4 tbsp BBQ sauce and put aside for half an hour. Chop a carrot, capsicum and tomato into cubes.
- In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add chopped vegetables, 1 cup boiled corn, marinated chicken, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 cup boiled chickpeas, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1 cup boiled macaroni.
- Stir together for a while or until chicken is cooked. Chicken BBQ Salad is ready to serve.
