Chicken BBQ Salad


Ingredients
  • 250 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 cup boiled macaroni
  • 1 cup boiled corns
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
Method
  1. Marinate 250 grams boneless chicken with 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cumin and 4 tbsp BBQ sauce and put aside for half an hour. Chop a carrot, capsicum and tomato into cubes.
  2. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add chopped vegetables, 1 cup boiled corn, marinated chicken, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 cup boiled chickpeas, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1 cup boiled macaroni. 
  3. Stir together for a while or until chicken is cooked. Chicken BBQ Salad is ready to serve.
