Vegetable Kebab
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- ¼ piece of cauliflower
- ¼ piece of cabbage
- 1 capsicum
- ½ cup peas
- ½ cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp sauteed cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp red chili flakes
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Firstly boil 2 potatoes and grate finely. Also boil ¼ piece of cauliflower, ¼ piece of cabbage and ½ cup of peas. Keep all the vegetables and add 1 capsicum in a bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp crushed cumin seed, 1 tbsp sauteed cumin, 2 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chaat masala and salt to taste.
- Mix thoroughly using your hands. Form the mixture into shape of kebab and saute in hot oil. Vegetable Kebabs are ready to be served with your favorite dip.
