Vegetable Kebab


Ingredients
  • 2 potatoes
  • ¼ piece of cauliflower
  • ¼ piece of cabbage
  • 1 capsicum
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sauteed cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Firstly boil 2 potatoes and grate finely. Also boil ¼ piece of cauliflower, ¼ piece of cabbage and ½ cup of peas. Keep all the vegetables and add 1 capsicum in a bowl. 
  2. Add 2 tbsp crushed cumin seed, 1 tbsp sauteed cumin, 2 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chaat masala and salt to taste. 
  3. Mix thoroughly using your hands. Form the mixture into shape of kebab and saute in hot oil. Vegetable Kebabs are ready to be served with your favorite dip.
