Steam Rice
Ingredients
- 300 grams rice
- 2 spring onions
- 4 tbsp butter
- Water to requirement
- Salt to taste
Method
- Soak 300 grams rice in water. Finely slice 2 spring onions. In a pan, add some water and 4 tbsp butter. When butter is melted, add finely sliced spring onion and salt to taste. Then add boiled rice and stir together.
- When rice is 2/3 cooked, strain away excess water. Then put rice again in the pot to allow simmering for 3 to 4 minutes. Delicious Steam Rice is ready to serve.
