Ginger Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 300 grams rice
- 100 grams ginger
- 2 eggs
- 2 spring onions
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Then slice 100 grams ginger in julienne shape. Also slice 2 spring onions. In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil and sauté ginger until golden brown. Then add 2 beaten eggs, sliced spring onion and boiled rice.
- Add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp white pepper and increase the flame. Stir together for 3 to 4 minutes. Delicious Ginger Fried Rice is ready to serve.
