Ginger Fried Rice


Ingredients
  • 300 grams rice
  • 100 grams ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spring onions
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Then slice 100 grams ginger in julienne shape. Also slice 2 spring onions. In a pan, heat ¼ cup oil and sauté ginger until golden brown. Then add 2 beaten eggs, sliced spring onion and boiled rice. 
  2. Add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp white pepper and increase the flame. Stir together for 3 to 4 minutes. Delicious Ginger Fried Rice is ready to serve.
