Custard Vermicelli


Ingredients
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Fresh strawberries (finely chopped) ½ cup
  • Strawberry custard powder 1 tbsp heaped
  • Strawberry essence ¼ tsp
  • Sugar 8 tbsp
Method
  1. Put 1 kg milk in a pan, cook for 10 minutes till boiling, add in 1 cup vermicelli, then add 8 tbsp sugar, lastly add 1 tbsp custard powder mixed with little cold milk, stirring well till thick, remove cool and add ¼ tsp essence with strawberries. Serve chilled.
