Chinese Beef Steak


Ingredients
  • ½ kg beef undercut
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
Method
  1. Slice ½ kg beef undercut in steak form. Cut out rings from 1 onion and slice spring onion into diamond shape. Chop garlic into small pieces and fry until golden brown. 
  2. Then add beef and stir until excess water evaporates. Then add all vegetables, sauces and spices and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add water and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. 
  3. When water begins to boil, thicken the mixture with corn flour. When gravy reaches your desired consistency, Chinese Chicken Steak is ready to serve.
