Peanut Chicken
Ingredients
- 300 grams chicken breast
- 200 grams peanuts
- 1 capsicum
- 2 spring onions
- 3 green chilies
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worchester sauce
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Chop 200 grams sautéed peanuts in a chopper machine. Cut 300 grams into small pieces. Also chop 1 capsicum and 2 spring onions into small pieces. Finely slice 4 cloves of garlic. Sauté garlic in 3 tbsp oil until it turns golden brown.
- Then add chicken until it begins to change color. Then add sliced vegetables and sautéed peanuts. Now add 1 tbsp Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp black pepper, salt to taste and ½ cup water.
- When water begins to boil, add 2 tbsp corn flour dissolved in water and 1 tbsp honey and mix. Garnish with remaining peanuts and serve.
