Pasta with Tomato Sauce


Ingredients
  • ½ packet pasta
  • 1 capsicum
  • 3 green chilies
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • ½ cup cream
  • 5 to 6 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rose berry
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Boil ½ packet pasta and keep it aside. In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil and add finely sliced 5 to 6 cloves of garlic until they are golden brown in color. Then add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp rose berry, 3 finely sliced green chilies, 1 finely sliced capsicum, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ cup tomato paste and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. When the mixture is ready, keep it aside. In a pan, add ½ cup cream, boiled pasta and salt to taste. When they are properly mixed, include tomato paste and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. In the end sprinkle ½ bunch parsley on top of it and serve.
