Lemon Chili chicken


Ingredients
  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 3 lemons
  • 4 green chilies
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups water
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Slice 300 grams chicken into thin slices. Also slice 4 green chilies and 1 lemon finely. Squeeze juice of remaining 2 lemons. Fry some oil in a pan and sauté 4 finely sliced cloves of garlic. Then add 4 tbsp honey, chicken and green chilies and allow coking on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  2. Then add 1 tsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ¼ tsp white pepper powder and salt to taste and stir together. Then add 1 to 1 ½ cup water and allow boiling. 
  3. When water comes to a boil, add 2 tbsp corn flour dissolved in some water and juice of 2 lemons. Let it cook for a couple of minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and serve delicious Lemon Chili chicken.
