Chinese Rice
Ingredients
- 300 grams rice
- 1 capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup oil
- 4 to 5 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp white pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. In a pan, add ¼ cup oil and sauté 4 to 5 sliced cloves of garlic until golden brown. Then add beaten eggs, a capsicum, 2 spring onions and a carrot. Stir together for a couple of minutes.
- When vegetables are tender, add rice, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp white pepper powder, salt to taste and 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Tempting Chinese Rice is ready to serve.
