Chinese Rice


Ingredients
  • 300 grams rice
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 4 to 5 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Boil 300 grams rice and keep aside. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. In a pan, add ¼ cup oil and sauté 4 to 5 sliced cloves of garlic until golden brown. Then add beaten eggs, a capsicum, 2 spring onions and a carrot. Stir together for a couple of minutes. 
  2. When vegetables are tender, add rice, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp white pepper powder, salt to taste and 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Tempting Chinese Rice is ready to serve.
