Chicken Tikka Shashlik
Ingredients
- Chicken (boneless) 300g
- Capsicum (diced) 1
- Onions (diced) 1
- BBQ Masala 1 ½
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Corn flour 1tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Salt as required
- BBQ steak as required
- Cut the boneless chicken into small cubes. In a mixing bowl add the bbq masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, corn flour, oil and salt. Mix well then add the chicken pieces, capsicum and onions.
- Marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour. Thread the chicken pieces on the skewers, alternating with the diced capsicums and onions.
- Thread chicken onto skewers on a lightly greased grill. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes or until tender and well browned turning often and brushing with marinade the whole time.
