Chicken Tikka Shashlik


Ingredients
  • Chicken (boneless) 300g
  • Capsicum (diced) 1
  • Onions (diced) 1
  • BBQ Masala 1 ½
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Corn flour 1tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • BBQ steak as required
Method
  1. Cut the boneless chicken into small cubes. In a mixing bowl add the bbq masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, corn flour, oil and salt. Mix well then add the chicken pieces, capsicum and onions. 
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour. Thread the chicken pieces on the skewers, alternating with the diced capsicums and onions.  
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers on a lightly greased grill. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes or until tender and well browned turning often and brushing with marinade the whole time.
