Bun


Ingredients
  • 300 grams plain flour
  • 10 grams salt
  • 15 grams yeast
  • 20 grams sesame seeds
  • 25 grams white butter
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Water to requirement
Method
  1. Mix together 300 grams plain flour, 15 grams yeast, 25 grams white butter, 10 grams salt, 20 grams sesame seeds and water to requirement and knead to form fine dough. Keep aside to let the dough rise. 
  2. When dough has formed desired shape, place in oven at 250 c for 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 200 c and allow baking until bun is a nice golden brown on the top. Use home made Bun to your choice.
