Roasted Vegetable
Ingredients
- Carrot 3
- Broccoli 1
- Potato 2
- Cauliflower ½
- Garlic powder ¼ tsp
- Mix Italian herb ¼ tsp
- Olive oil ¼ cup
- Red chili crushed as required
- Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sea salt as required
- Black pepper crushed as required
Method
- In a baking tray place all the vegetables in a single layer. Whisk the olive oil and balsamic along with all the spices and herbs. Pour over the vegetables toss them around to coat all of them evenly. Place in a preheated oven at 180 C and bake for 15 -20 minutes or until just tender.
