Roasted Vegetable


Ingredients
  • Carrot 3
  • Broccoli 1
  • Potato 2
  • Cauliflower ½
  • Garlic powder ¼ tsp
  • Mix Italian herb ¼ tsp
  • Olive oil ¼ cup
  • Red chili crushed as required
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sea salt as required
  • Black pepper crushed as required
 Method
  1. In a baking tray place all the vegetables in a single layer. Whisk the olive oil and balsamic along with all the spices and herbs. Pour over the vegetables toss them around to coat all of them evenly. Place in a preheated oven at 180 C and bake for 15 -20 minutes or until just tender.
