Cream Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- Prawns 300 gm
- Chicken stock 1 jug
- Onion chopped 1
- Mushroom 1 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Garlic chopped 2 to 3 clove
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- White pepper powder ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- White flour 2 to 3 tbsp
- Butter 4 to 5 tbsp
- Green coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry 2 to 3 garlic cloves and 1 onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add prawns and 1 cup mushrooms and cook it on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp black pepper crushed and salt to cook.
- Now add 4 to 5 tbsp of butter and melt it. In the end add white flour and fry it. When all ingredients mix together, pour a jug of chicken stock and cook till batter thicken.
- Now add cream and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and dish it out. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it.
