Cream Mushroom Soup


Ingredients
  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Chicken stock 1 jug
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Garlic chopped 2 to 3 clove
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • White flour 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Butter 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Green coriander for garnish
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry 2 to 3 garlic cloves and 1 onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add prawns and 1 cup mushrooms and cook it on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp black pepper crushed and salt to cook. 
  2. Now add 4 to 5 tbsp of butter and melt it. In the end add white flour and fry it. When all ingredients mix together, pour a jug of chicken stock and cook till batter thicken. 
  3. Now add cream and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and dish it out. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it.
