Chargha fry masala
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 kg Whole chicken
- 2-3 Lemons
- 3-4 Lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp Gulzar’s special masala
- 1-1/2 tbsp Roasted gram flour
- 5-6 tbsp Chat masala
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- In a mixing bowl add 2- 3 lemon juice, 1tbsp gulzar’s special masala and 1-1/2tbsp gram flour, mix it properly and prepare marinating paste. Now marinate 1-1/3kg chicken and set aside for 1-2 hour’s. Then steam it in steamer for 25-30 minutes and takeout.
- Now in a skillet put oil and deep fry the steamed chicken. After this garnished 5-6tbsp chat masala, 3-4 lettuce leaves and lemon slices and serve.chargha fry is ready.
