Thai Style Fried Noodles


Ingredients For Chicken Balls
  • 250 gm Chicken boneless
  • 1 Egg
  • 4-5 Green chilies
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  • ½ cup Crushed spring onion
  • 1 tsp White pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp |Breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
Ingredients For Noodles
  • ½ packet Boiled noodles
  • 1 Carrot (slices)
  • 1 Onion (slices)
  • 8-10 Green chilies
  • 100 gm Green beans
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • ½ cup Crushed peanuts
  • ½ cup Crushed spring onion
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp Chinese salt
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnishing
Method
  1. Boil water in skillet with ½ packet noodles and 1tsp oil for 4 to 5minutes. Now put the noodles in cool water. When the temperature of noodles get normal then strain the water, put on the oil and set aside.
  2. For balls In a chopper put 250g chicken boneless, 1egg, 4-5 green chilies, 1pinch baking powder, ½ cup crushed spring onion, 1tsp white pepper powder, 2tbsp breadcrumbs and salt to taste and make a paste. Now make small balls, put it into the water and boil for 4 to 5minutes. then take out from water and set aside. Chicken is ready.
  3. For Noodles In a pan add 4tbsp oil and fry 4-5 garlic cloves with 1onion. Then add 1 carrot, 8-10 green chilies, 100 gm green beans, ½ cup crushed spring onion, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1/3tsp Chinese salt, 2tbsp oyster sauce, 2tbsp vinegar, 4 tbsp soya sauce and salt to taste, mix it and fry for 4-5minutes.
  4. Now put the chicken balls and in the end put rice noodles, mix it. Take out in serving dish and garnished with ½ cup peanuts and coriander. Thai style fried noodles are ready.
