Thai Style Baked Whole Fish


Ingredients
  • 1 kg Fish (whole 1piece)
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 5 Lemon leaves
  • 4-5 Bananas leaf
  • 2-3 Red chilies
  • 1-2 Spring onions
  • 2 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl add 1cup coconut milk, 2tbsp kari paste, 3tbsp fish sauce and 5 lemon leaves , mix it properly. Now marinate the 1kg fish and set aside for 25 to 30 minutes. Then set 4-5 bananas leaf in baking tray. 
  2. Placed the marinated fish on baking tray and pore the remaining spices. After this close the bananas leaf with toothpicks. Now bake or steam the fish into the pre-heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes on 200 degree centigrade. 
  3. Now shift the fish from baking tray to serving dish. In the end garnished with 2-3 red chilies slices and 1-2 spring onions and serve.
