Fruit pan cake
Ingredients For pan cake
- 4 Eggs
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1-1/2 cup Fine flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3-4 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Ingredients For filling
- 2-3cup Sugar
- ½ kg Season fruit
- Strawberry or chocolate syrup as required
Method
- In a blender jug blend together the eggs ,salt, white flour, cinnamon and baking powder.Heat some oil in a frying pan. Pour about 3 tablespoons to 1/4 cup batter from the tip of a large spoon or from a pitcher onto the hot frying pan.
- Cook for about two minutes or until the pancake is golden. Cook on the other side until golden and remove.To prepare the filling heat some water in a pan, dissolve the sugar and cook until a thick syrup is formed.
- Add the fruits into the syrup mix well and turn the flame off. Fold the pancakes and add the fruit syrup. Garnish with chocolate or strawberry syrup.
