Fried chops


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Mutton chops
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1-2 cup Bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Almond paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Green chili powder
  • 1 tsp Melon seed
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • Oil for frying
  • Coriander, lettuce leaves, tomatoes for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
Method 
  1. In a mixing bowl put 1tsp ginger paste, 1tsp garlic paste, 1tsp green chili powder, 1tbsp poppy seeds, 1tsp melon seeds, almond paste and salt to taste, make a batter and marinate the mutton chops with it and set aside for 1 hour. 
  2. Now heat the oil in a pan.. Then dip the chops in the beaten egg yolks and coat them with 1-2 cup of bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.Garnish with chopped coriander, lettuce leaves and tomatoes
