Fried chops
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton chops
- 3 Eggs
- 1-2 cup Bread crumbs
- ½ cup Almond paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Green chili powder
- 1 tsp Melon seed
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- Oil for frying
- Coriander, lettuce leaves, tomatoes for garnishing
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl put 1tsp ginger paste, 1tsp garlic paste, 1tsp green chili powder, 1tbsp poppy seeds, 1tsp melon seeds, almond paste and salt to taste, make a batter and marinate the mutton chops with it and set aside for 1 hour.
- Now heat the oil in a pan.. Then dip the chops in the beaten egg yolks and coat them with 1-2 cup of bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.Garnish with chopped coriander, lettuce leaves and tomatoes
