Cream of Chicken Soup



Ingredients for Chicken stock
  • 1.5 liters Water
  • 200 gm Chicken Bones
  • 100 gm Chicken Meat
  • Vegetables waste as available
  • 1 nos Bay leaves
  • 2 to 03 nos Garlic cloves 
Ingredients
  • 1 liter Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Boiled chicken meat chopped
  • Salt as taste
  • White pepper powder as taste 
  • Rue as required 
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cream tetra pack
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • Nut Meg Pinch
Directions
  1. Take medium size cooking pot, put 1.5 liters water in it, light the fire on medium flame, put all the ingredients mention on the recipe card into the boiling water. Let it boiling at least 01 to 2 hours. Strain it with fine strainer.
  2. Take a medium size cooking pot, put chicken stock in it, put on the fire to boiling add salt & pepper as taste, chicken powder.
  3. Rue as required, keep stirring while adding milk, cream & pinch of nut meg powder, let it boil on medium fire for 01 hour. Strain it fine strainer. Serve piping hot with chopped chicken
