Shashlik sauce

Shashlik sauce


Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions for 1-2 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another minute. Now add the chicken stock and chili garlic sauce and cook until the mixture boils.
  2. Mix the corn flour in water and stir the mixture into the stock and cook till it thickens.

Thank you! I am pleased to find a sauce now for shashlik. Every other is showing how to cook shashlik but has no sauce. This will be delicious.
