Shashlik sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 1 cup Chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1 Onions chopped
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions for 1-2 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another minute. Now add the chicken stock and chili garlic sauce and cook until the mixture boils.
- Mix the corn flour in water and stir the mixture into the stock and cook till it thickens.
