Sea Food Crust Pizza


Ingredients For Prawns
  • ½ kg Prawns
  • 1 tbsp bar.b.q spice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt to taste
Ingredients For dough
  • ½ kg fine flour
  • 1 sschet yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt to taste
Ingredients For topping
  • 6-8 chicken seekh kabab
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ½ cup green olives
  • ½ cup butter
  • 400 gm mozzarella cheese
  • Tabasco sauce as required
  • ½ tsp oregano
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl add ½ kg prawns, 2tbsp lemon juice, 1tbsp bar.b.q spice, salt to taste and 3tbsp oyster sauce ,mixed it well. Add a little oil and fry it.
  2. For dough: In warm water add 1 sachet yeast and 1tsp sugar, mixed it well and set aside for 15 minutes. Then add ½ kg salt to taste ,2tsp baking powder and yeast in a ½ kg fine flour, knead the flour properly and put it into a warm place to rise for 3 to 4 hours. Then takeout the dough ,fold it on a floured surface like a chapatti. Roll it with rolling pin. The dough is ready.
  3. For crust: Grease the baking tray with ½ cup butter, spread the pizza dough on it. Now place the readymade 6-8 kabab on the edges of dough. Fold the edges, grease the crust with butter and sprinkled ½ tsp oregano.
  4. For topping: Put the pizza dough into the oven for 15 minutes on 50 degree centigrade. After 15 minutes take out the dough and pour the sauce, ½ cup mushroom slices, ½ cup prawns, 400 grams mozzarella cheese, ½ cup green olive slices and remaining prawns and cheese. Now sprinkled the Tabasco sauce as per required, put it into oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade. The sea food crust pizza is ready.
