Paratha filled with Mince Meat
Ingredients for filling
- ½ kg mince meat
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 lemons
- 3 sliced green chilies
- ½ bunch sliced cilantro
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for dough
- ½ kg flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil to requirement
- 2 tbsp plain flour
Method
- In a cooking pot, add mince meat, 3 sliced green chilies, ½ bunch sliced cilantro, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder and salt to taste and sauté without adding any oil. When mince is cool, add onion and lemon juice and mix briefly. Add ½ kg flour and salt to taste and knead fine dough.
- Form equal portions of kneaded dough and place a portion of mince meat on it. Roll another portion of dough and place on top of mince meat. Join the 2 corners of rolled chapattis with 2 tbsp plain flour dissolved in water. Fry on a pan with oil or clarified butter. Tempting parathas are ready to serve.
