Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cups Chicken Stock
- 200 gms Noodles boiled and drained
- 4 Mushrooms soaked in 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 Carrots chopped in strips
- 1/4 Cabbage cut into strips
- Sugar snap peas handful
- 1 Green onion cut in strips
- 1 tsp Dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper to taste
- White pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves fresh
- 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
Method
- In a saucepan boil the stock, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, 2 tbsps soaking water from the mushrooms and seasoning. then add the vegetables and cook for a minute or 2 then add noodles. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
