Mutton palak paneer


Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Mutton
  • 1 kg Boiled and chopped spinach
  • 1 packet Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 4-5 Whole red chilies
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4-5 Green chilies
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt as required
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté the chopped spinach .Cook until the spinach turns tender. Now grind in a blender till a fine paste is formed.Heat oil in the same pan .Add the garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the mutton and fry till the oil floats on top. 
  2. Add a sufficient amount of water and cook until the mutton is tendered .Break the whole red chilies and add them to the pan followed by the cumin ,mustard seeds, green chilies,. Fry for another minute then add some water and cook. 
  3. Add the spinach paste and lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes. When the gravy is ready dish out and add the fried cottage cheese cubes Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
