Taboli
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled wheat
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 4-5 lettuce leaves
- 2-3 chopped spring onion
- 1tsp chopped black pepper
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2-3tbsp lemon juice
- 3-4tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
- 3-4tbsp chopped mint
- 3-4tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil 1 cup of wheat and shift to a mixing bowl. Now add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 4-5 lettuce leaves, 2-3 chopped spring onion, 1tsp black pepper, 2tbsp garlic paste, 2-3tbsp lemon juice, 3-4tbsp chopped parsley or coriander, 3-4tbsp chopped mint, 3-4tbsp olive oil and salt to taste. Mix it thoroughly and serve with lettuce leaves.
