Taboli


Ingredients
  • 1 cup boiled wheat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 4-5 lettuce leaves
  • 2-3 chopped spring onion
  • 1tsp chopped black pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2-3tbsp lemon juice
  • 3-4tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
  • 3-4tbsp chopped mint
  • 3-4tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Boil 1 cup of wheat and shift to a mixing bowl. Now add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 4-5 lettuce leaves, 2-3 chopped spring onion, 1tsp black pepper, 2tbsp garlic paste, 2-3tbsp lemon juice, 3-4tbsp chopped parsley or coriander, 3-4tbsp chopped mint, 3-4tbsp olive oil and salt to taste. Mix it thoroughly and serve with lettuce leaves.
