Sweet and sour prawn


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Prawns
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 2 Egg white
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 3-4 Tomato sliced
  • 2-3 Spring onion sliced
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ½ tsp Chinese salt
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a mixing put bowl ½ kg of prawns, ½ tsp of all spice powder , 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of Chinese salt, 2 tbsp of corn flour and 2 egg white and mix well. Now deep fry the prawns to a light golden color .Put them on a tissue paper to soak all the oil. 
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry 1 chopped onion , 1 tbsp of chopped garlic and 1 tbsp of chopped ginger and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Now add 1 cup of tomato puree, 3-4 chopped tomatoes , remaining all spice powder , 2 tbsp of white vinegar, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, salt to taste and ½ tsp of Chinese salt and mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Now mix fried prawns . Dish out and garnish with 2-3 sliced of green onion and serve.
