Loki ka Halwa
Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg Bottle gourd grated
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 tsp Green cardamom grinded
- 250 gm Khoya
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Yellow color (Mix in 2 tbsp water)
- Almonds and pistachio sliced as required
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Method
- Heat 1 cup ghee, fry 1 ½ kg grated Bottle gourd for about 10 minutes. Add sugar with yellow color and fry for another 5 minutes. Add 250 gm khoya and cardamom powder, cook for 10 minutes, remove from fire, and lastly add sliced almonds, pistachio mixture.
