Cream of Carrot Soup


Ingredients
  • 200 gm Carrots
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • 1 tbsp Rue
  • Orange color pinch
  • 1 ltr Vegetable stock
Directions
  1. First make the vegetable stock, you can use any scrape vegetables from your kitchen.01 liter.Peel the carrots, cut them any shape you want, put them into the vegetable stock to boil, till they are soft & tender, remove it from the fire, put the into a blender jug, blend it till smooth texture. 
  2. Pour into a medium size cooking pot, leave it cook on medium heat, add salt & pepper as taste, 01 tea spoon chicken powder,1/4 cup fresh cream, 01 tea spoon rue, pinch of orange color, mix it well, keep string while the soup is cooking at boiling point for ½ hrs.Serve piping hot.
