Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 200 gm Unsalted butter
- 200 gm Dark chocolate
- 300 gm Caster sugar
- 100 gm White flour
- 1/4 cup Coco powder
- 1/4 cup Wall-nut
- 1/4 cup Milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup White chocolate
- 4 Eggs
Directions
- Melt 200 gm dark chocolate in a double boiler at medium heat.Sieve ¼ cup white flour & ¼ cup cocoa powder.Chop ¼ cup white Chocolate & ¼ cup milk chocolate.
- Whisk 04 egg & 300 gm caster sugar to-gather until it becomes thick & creamy.Fold the white flour & cocoa powder mixture into the whisked eggs. mix and add the chopped chocolates, combine them properly, Now mix in the melted chocolate.
- Take baking tin grease it or lay butter paper in it, pour the brownie mixture in it, bake in pre-heated oven 200 f for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven, leave it for cooling, once it is cooled, cut into squares or triangles .
