Chinese style chicken wings
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken wings (with skin)
- 1 Chicken cube
- 2-3 Egg white
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2-3 tbsp Corn flour
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl mix add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 2-3 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of black pepper crushed, 2-3 egg white, 1 chicken cube and salt to taste and them well marinate chicken wings.
- Now heat the oil on medium flame and deep fry the chicken wings. Dish them out and serve them.
