Chinese style chicken wings


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken wings (with skin)
  • 1 Chicken cube
  • 2-3 Egg white
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp Corn flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl mix add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 2-3 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of black pepper crushed, 2-3 egg white, 1 chicken cube and salt to taste and them well marinate chicken wings. 
  2. Now heat the oil on medium flame and deep fry the chicken wings. Dish them out and serve them.
