Chicken seekh boti


Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken (16 pieces)
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Orange, red colour pinched
Method
  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours then bake in a free heated oven.For 30 minutes on 180 degrees give dum of coal serve garnished with onion rings tomato rings and lemon slices.
