Chicken seekh boti
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (16 pieces)
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Orange, red colour pinched
Method
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours then bake in a free heated oven.For 30 minutes on 180 degrees give dum of coal serve garnished with onion rings tomato rings and lemon slices.
