Chicken pasta Alf redo Sauce
Ingredients
- 200 gm Chicken meat boneless breast
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper to taste
- 1 clove Fresh garlic finely chopped
- Nut-Meg Pinch
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 200 gm Pasta any shape
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
- Marinade the 200 gm chicken breast with Olives, 01 tea spoon olive oil & pinch of salt & pepper.To prepare Alfredo sauce, melt ¼ butter in a medium sized skillet. On a low flame add 01 no crushed garlic clove, stir it for couple of seconds, add 01 cup cream, a pinch of Nut meg and 1 cup parmesan cheese , simmer for 05 minutes, Whisk quickly, heating throughout..
- Take a saucepan, put water to boil, add some salt & oil. When the water starts to boil , put 200 gm pasta , once the pasta is done, drain the water.
- Julienne cut the marinated chicken. Heat 1tsp olive oil in a take a frying pan and sauté the chicken. Pour the Alf redo sauce and mix well. Season with salt & pepper.
