Chicken Khowsay
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken boneless cut in to small cubes
- 1 Onion large, blended
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Coconut milk powder
- 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 3 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ packet Spaghetti , boiled
Ingredients for Garnish
- Brown Onion as required
- Coriander leaves as required
- 2 tbsp Garlic, fried
- Green chilies chopped as required
- Lemon slices
- Spaghetti fried as required
- Crushed red pepper as required
- 2 Boiled Eggs chopped
Ingredients for curry
- 2 tbsp Onion , finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 6 tbsp Roasted gram flour,mixed with 1 cup of water
- 1 ½ tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ cup Coconut milk powder , Mixed with 1 cup water
Method for chicken
- Heat oil, fry blended onion for 5 minutes.Add ginger garlic paste with all dry seasonings, fry well by sprinkling little little water.
- Add chicken, cover & cook for 10 minutes.Lastly add coconut milk.Cover & cook till chicken tender & thick gravy remains.
- For curry, Heat oil, fry chopped onion till slightly brown.Add ginger garlic paste with all seasonings, fry well.
- Add coconut milk with 1 cup water, when mixture boiling, add gram flour paste.Keep stirring till curry think.
- To serve, In a deep bowl, spread boiled spaghetti top with curry.Then chicken mixture, than all the garnishes Serve hot.
