Beef with oyster sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef undercut
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Soup stock
  • 4-5 Green chili sliced
  • 1  Ginger sliced inch piece
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 250 grams Green beans
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 2-3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 3-4 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Cut the undercut beef into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry t 5-6 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 inch piece of chopped ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and add the beef strips to it. 
  2. As the color of the beef starts changing put 3-4 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of all spice powder, 2-3 tbsp of white vinegar and 2 sliced green chilies and fry them well. 
  3. Now add 250 grams of green beans, 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 chopped onion and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes .Now pour the stock and mix well.. 
  4. In the end mix 1 tbsp of corn flour in sufficient amount of water and add slowly into the gravy. When the gravy thickens turn the flame off. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
