Beef steak salad
Ingredients
- 200 gm Beef thin steak
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Mustard paste
- 1/2 bunch Ice-berg or lettuce
- 1 medium Roasted bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
- Take the under- cut meat; cut into thin slices, marinade with pinch of salt & pepper , 01 tea spoon olive oil & 01 tea spoon mustard paste.
- Take 100 gm Ice-berg lettuce , wash with chilled water take a bow, tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, don’t use a knife. Put the leaves into a bowl, peel and julienne cut the roasted bell peppers. Add them to the bowl of lettuce.
- Take grill pan or frying pan, and heat on a medium flame. Grill the marinated beef steaks from both the sides , cook till soft & tender, remove from the grill, and leave it to cool.
- Now julienne cut the beef and add to the lettuce, add salt & pepper for seasoning, 01 tea spoon olive oil, 01 table spoon Balsamic vinegar, 01 tomato wedges, toss and serve in a deep platter.
